Manage your organization: complete your company profile, change your password, handle login issues, control data and privacy, and set app-wide mobile media.

Complete your company profile

Public and payout information.

  1. Open Company Profile.
  2. Fill Company Information — Legal Name, Website, Company Type, Contact Number, Currency and socials.
  3. Add Registered and Mailing Address.
  4. Assign contacts (Account/Contract/Delivery Manager) under Contacts.
  5. If collecting payments, complete Bank Accounts and Responsible Parties, then save.

Change your password

Keep your account secure.

  1. Open Change Password.
  2. Enter your Old Password.
  3. Enter and confirm a New Password (both must match).
  4. Save to apply.

Fix login problems

When you can't get in.

  1. On the login page, use Forgot Password to receive a reset link.
  2. If your account isn't activated yet, re-open the activation email or request a resend.
  3. Check that you're using the organizer login at admin.eventtitans.com, not the attendee site.
  4. If it still fails, contact support with your account email (never share your password).
Support will never ask for your password. Share only your account email so we can locate and help unlock your account.

Set app-wide mobile media

Splash, login and dashboard visuals.

  1. Open Mobile App Media and click Add Media.
  2. Enter a title and pick where it shows (Splash, Login, Dashboard, Networking, Scan or Popup).
  3. Choose media type, set Active From/To dates and display order.
  4. Upload the image and crop it to the placement's exact ratio, then Save.

Use Change Password in settings (old + new password), or Forgot Password on the login page for a reset link. The new and confirm passwords must match.

The New Password and Confirm Password must match, and the Old Password must be correct.

Confirm you're on the organizer login (admin.eventtitans.com), reset your password, and make sure your account is activated. If it persists, contact support with your account email.

Those sections are needed when your account collects payments or fundraising payouts, so we can settle revenue to you correctly.

A complete public profile (legal name, website, contact details) is required before you can publish public-facing surveys, forms and campaigns.

Yes — invite team members and assign roles so each person has the right access to events, orders, check-in and CRM.

One media = one placement so the crop ratio is unambiguous; the image is cropped to that placement's exact pixels.
