Integrations & API

Connect EventTitans to your stack: request API keys with scoped permissions, use the exhibitor API, integrate Zoom, sync your CRM and set up white-label custom domains.

1

Request an API key

Scoped keys for integrations.

  1. Open API Access and click Request.
  2. In New API Key Request, enter an API Key Name.
  3. Select the Permissions the key should have.
  4. Add optional notes and click Save.
  5. Open API Details to see the key value, endpoints and documentation per permission.
Each permission maps to an endpoint URL with its own documentation, shown on the API Details page. Grant only the scopes an integration actually needs.
2

Integrate the exhibitor API

Push/pull exhibitor & attendee data.

  1. Request an API key with the exhibitor/attendee permissions your integration needs.
  2. Open API Details for the endpoint URLs and docs for each granted permission.
  3. Use the API key to authenticate your calls from your system.
  4. If access is gated, use Upgrade Package to API Subscription to enable it.
3

Connect Zoom for virtual sessions

Run webinars/meetings inside your event.

  1. Open the event's integration/virtual settings.
  2. Connect your Zoom account and authorize EventTitans.
  3. Map sessions to Zoom meetings/webinars so attendees join from the event site or app.
  4. Save; attendees get the join link on the agenda.
4

Set up a white-label custom domain

Run the platform on your own domain.

  1. Ask support to enable white-labeling for your account and provide the target host.
  2. Add the required DNS records at your registrar — typically a CNAME to our host.
  3. Add SPF and DKIM records so email sends from your domain authenticate.
  4. Once DNS propagates and is verified, your event pages and emails use your own domain.
DNS changes can take time to propagate. Add exactly the records support supplies; a missing SPF/DKIM record is the most common cause of emails landing in spam on a custom domain.

Assign specific Permissions when requesting the key; each permission maps to an endpoint URL with its own documentation.

On the API Details page — the Permissions table lists the URL and Documentation for each granted permission.

API usage may require upgrading via Upgrade Package to API Subscription, payable from your Wallet, Points or by card.

Use the delete action on the key and confirm removal. Rotate keys if you suspect one has leaked.

1000+ API integrations across CRM, marketing and payment tools, plus a native Zoom integration. Custom APIs are available on the enterprise edition.

Typically a CNAME pointing to our host, plus SPF and DKIM records for email. Support provides the exact records for your domain.

They prove your domain authorized us to send email on its behalf, which keeps campaigns out of spam. Without them, deliverability on a custom domain drops sharply.

Yes — connect the provider in CRM Integrations and map fields with a Key (external id). See Sync Salesforce or Zoho.
