Getting Started

New to EventTitans? Start here. Create your account, understand how the organizer dashboard is laid out, and get your first event live.

1

Create your EventTitans account

Sign up and get into the organizer dashboard.

  1. Go to the EventTitans website and click Register (or open the pricing page and choose a plan).
  2. Enter your work email, name and organization details, and set a password.
  3. Submit the form to receive an account activation email.
  4. Open the email and click the activation link to confirm your address.
  5. Sign in at admin.eventtitans.com to reach your dashboard.
Didn't get the activation email? Check spam, then use Resend activation on the login screen or contact support to re-trigger it.
2

Activate an invited / new account

When an admin invites you or your organization onboards.

  1. Open the invitation for account activation email sent to your address.
  2. Click the activation link — it opens the set-password screen.
  3. Choose a strong password and confirm it.
  4. Log in and complete any prompted profile details.
3

Find your way around the dashboard

How the organizer console is organized.

  1. The left menu groups everything by area — Events, CRM, Surveys, WhatsApp, Biz Cards and more.
  2. Most list pages have status tabs across the top (e.g. Open / Drafts / Closed) with live counts.
  3. Almost every list has an Advanced Search toggle that reveals per-column filters.
  4. Actions on each row (publish, clone, edit, share, delete) live in the row's Actions menu.
  5. Inline Warning / Success / Error banners appear at the top after each action.
4

Complete your company profile

Required before you can publish public-facing content.

  1. Open Company Profile from the account/settings area.
  2. Fill Company Information — Legal Name, Website, Company Type, Contact Number, Currency and social links.
  3. Add your Registered Address (and Mailing Address if different).
  4. If you'll collect payments, complete Bank Accounts and Responsible Parties.
  5. Save. Your public profile is now complete enough to publish events, surveys and forms.
If you try to publish a survey or form with an incomplete profile you'll see “To publish, please fill your company public profile” with a Go to profile button.
5

Launch your first event

The fastest path from signup to selling tickets.

  1. Go to Events → New Event and fill the Event Details step (name, venue, date/time).
  2. Move to the Tickets step and add at least one ticket type (set price to 0 for a free event).
  3. Optionally add an agenda, speakers or sponsors — or skip and add them later.
  4. Click Publish Event (or Publish and Finish) to go live.
  5. Share the event link by email, WhatsApp or social to start registrations.
6

Choose the right plan

Free trial, Free plan, or a paid tier.

  1. Open the Pricing page to compare the Free, Premium and Ultimate plans.
  2. Start a 30-day free trial (no credit card required) or stay on the Free plan while you explore.
  3. Upgrade when you need higher limits, white-labeling, advanced engagement or API access.
  4. For large or enterprise events, contact sales for a tailored quote.

Yes — you can start a 30-day free trial with no credit card required, and there is also a Free plan so you can explore EventTitans before committing.

EventTitans offers a Free plan plus Premium and Ultimate paid tiers. Compare features on the pricing page and pick what fits your event size and budget.

In-person, virtual and hybrid events — including conferences, expos, fundraisers, galas, workshops and more, all from one platform.

Check your spam/junk folder first. Then use Resend activation on the login page, or contact support and we'll re-send it. Make sure your organization's mail server isn't blocking our domain.

Organizers manage events at admin.eventtitans.com. That's separate from the public attendee-facing event pages.

No. You can save an event as a Draft and return to finish it later. Drafts don't appear publicly until you publish.

Yes. You can invite team members and assign roles so multiple people manage events, orders, check-in and CRM under one organization.

Public-facing pages (event sites, surveys, forms, campaigns) show your organization's identity, so a complete Company Profile (legal name, website, contact details) is required before publishing.

The Currency set on your Company Profile drives pricing across tickets, subscriptions, campaigns and credits. Set it before creating priced items.

Send an account deletion request to support from the email on file. We'll confirm the scope (account, data and any live events) before processing, in line with our privacy policy and DPA.
