Create and publish a survey

Build a feedback questionnaire.

  1. Open Surveys and click New Survey.
  2. On Survey Details, add a name, description, category and options (anonymous responses, save to CRM, email after submission, etc.).
  3. On Survey Questions, add each question, pick an answer type and set the options.
  4. Use Question Logic for skip/branch rules and Preview & Customize to review.
  5. Save, then Publish and confirm in the dialog.
If your public profile is incomplete you'll be asked to complete it first (“To publish, please fill your company public profile”).

Create a registration / custom form

Collect data (and payments).

  1. Open Forms and click New Form.
  2. Work through the Basic, Payments and Widgets tabs.
  3. Add and configure fields using the General, Option and Advanced tabs.
  4. Save the form, then Publish it.

Embed a form or survey on your site

Collect responses on your own pages.

  1. Open the form's links view (Form Links).
  2. Copy the EMBED or IFRAME snippet.
  3. Paste it into your website where the form should appear.
  4. Track submissions in the results list and shared-through-contacts view.

Create a scored quiz

Timed assessments with correct answers.

  1. Open the Quizzes List and click New.
  2. On Details, set name, description, duration type and scoring (Total Duration, Equal Weightage, optional Negative Weightage).
  3. On Questions, add each question with weightage and duration, and tick the correct answer per option.
  4. Use Question Logic for branching and Preview & Customize to review.
  5. Save and Publish.

Share a survey by email or social

Send it to your audience.

  1. Open Share Survey Details for the survey.
  2. On the Email tab, confirm the From address and check your Email Sending Credits.
  3. Choose recipients (Emails or Contacts), add a subject and message.
  4. Optionally tick Send Later; click SEND (or use the Social Media tab).

They share the same builder, but Forms are typically registration/data-collection (with Payments and Widgets tabs) while Surveys are feedback questionnaires. Both support publish, share, embed and CRM capture.

Yes — configure the Payments tab in the form builder.

Copy the EMBED or IFRAME code from the form's links view and paste it into your page.

Yes — enable Allow anonymous responses on the Survey Details tab.

Yes — each option has a checkbox to mark it correct, and you set Weightage per question (plus optional Negative Weightage for wrong answers).

Yes — set a Total Duration for the whole quiz and/or a per-question Duration in seconds.

Yes — email sharing draws from your Email Sending Credits. If the balance is 0 you must Add Credits first.

Yes — save a survey as a template (tick Save as Template) or build one directly in Survey Templates, then pick it when creating new surveys.

Use Clone this Survey, enter a cloned name, and choose Clone as Draft or Clone and Publish.

Use the Close this Form action on the form.
