Reach your audience by email: send campaigns, build reusable templates, track opens and clicks, segment with filters, automate drip sequences and keep your sender reputation healthy.
1
Send an email campaign
Compose and send to contacts or attendees.
Open Email Marketing. Check your Email Sending Credits (top-right) and use Add Credits if low.
Confirm the From address — campaigns always send from your verified email.
Choose recipients — Contacts groups & Contact Type, typed To Emails, or event audiences (Events, Ticket Type, Ticket Status).
Pick a saved Message Template or create one; optionally tick Save as template.
Fill Campaign Name, Subject and the Message body.
Click Add Fields to insert dynamic placeholders (e.g. contact name).
Click SEND CAMPAIGN.
2
Create a reusable email template
Design once, reuse everywhere.
On Email Marketing Templates, click New.
Choose a Template Type; optionally start from an existing template.
Enter the template name and Subject.
Write the body in the rich-text editor and insert dynamic fields with Add Fields.
Click Save — it now appears in the Message Templates dropdown when sending.
3
Review campaign performance
Delivery, open, click and bounce rates.
Open Email Marketing History.
Read the overview cards — Average Delivery, Open, Click and Bounce rates.
Review the delivery funnel and engagement charts.
Scan the per-campaign table — Sent, Delivered, Bounced, Opened, Clicked, plus rates and Success/Pending/Failure.
Use Advanced Search to filter by campaign or date.
4
Build an audience segment (filter)
Reusable rules across contacts, events and forms.
From CRM → Filters, open the builder and enter a Filter Name.
Add Contact Filters (Contacts, Contact Type) joined with AND/OR.
Optionally add Product and Registration-Form (survey question) filters, clicking Add to stack conditions.
Click SAVE, then Run Filter to build the list or Email Contacts to send.
5
Automate an email sequence (drip)
Multi-step timed email journeys.
Open Email Sequences and click New.
Enter a Sequence Name, choose an Event, Time Zone and Include Contact Groups; optionally Exclude Event Attendees.
For each step, set a Step Name and pick an Email Template.
Choose the send Days and a numeric offset, and set ScheduleType — On, Before or After a date.
Click Add for more steps, then Save.
6
Buy email sending credits
Top up before a big send.
Click Add Credits (or Purchase More) on the Email Marketing page.
Review your Wallet and current Credits.
Pick a quantity (1,000 – 10,000) or a custom amount in steps of 1,000 (min 1,000).
Review Total Cost and click Add Credits to charge your wallet.
7
Improve email deliverability (SPF/DKIM)
Land in the inbox, not spam.
Verify your sender email so campaigns send from your own identity.
Add the recommended SPF and DKIM DNS records for your sending domain (support can provide the exact records).
Clean your list with Email Validation Credits before large sends to cut bounces.
Warm up gradually and keep content relevant to protect your sender reputation.
High bounce or spam rates hurt future delivery. Validate imported lists and avoid emailing very old, unconfirmed addresses.
The sender is your verified email address and can't be edited on the send screen — emails always send from that verified identity.
Use the Add Fields panel to insert dynamic placeholders (like contact name); they're replaced with each recipient's real data at send time.
Each email you send consumes credits from your Email pool. Buy more via Add Credits; the cost is deducted from your wallet.
No. Email Validation credits verify addresses are deliverable; email Sending credits deliver campaigns. They're separate pools.
Run email validation on the imported file — it checks each address and consumes Email Validation Credits. This lowers bounces and protects your deliverability. You can also import without validation if you prefer.
Emails still queued or in-flight — not yet confirmed as Success or Failure.
Bounced counts messages rejected by the recipient's mail server; Failure counts sends that didn't complete on our side.
Run Filter prepares/previews the matching list; Email Contacts takes that filtered audience straight into a send.
Yes — use Exclude Event Attendees to remove attendees of chosen events from the sequence audience.
Yes — at least 1,000 credits, and custom amounts must be in steps of 1,000. The cost is deducted from your wallet.
