How is this different from your other check-in pages?
This page is about the on-site registration desk — scan speed, badge printers, walk-ins and queue control. For check-in and registration in general, see event check-in software; for badge design and printing on its own, see event badge printing.
What happens if the venue has no Wi-Fi?
Offline mode keeps the desk running. You carry on checking people in with no connection, and the data syncs automatically once you are back online — so a dead venue network delays the sync, not the queue.
Which badge printers are supported?
Sunmi V2 / V2s / V3 handhelds for mobile check-in with thermal sticker printing, Zebra ZD series for high-volume industrial printing, Brother QL series for desk-based label printing at smaller events, and HP or Canon LaserJet for A4 badge sheets as a fallback.
Do I need to install printer drivers or an SDK?
No. There is no additional driver or SDK setup — EventTitans auto-detects connected printers, which is what makes it practical to swap hardware on the morning of an event.
Can I register people who never bought a ticket?
Yes. Walk-ins can be registered on the spot and entire groups can be checked in together, with badges generated automatically rather than hand-written.
How do you stop queues building up?
Express and regular lanes run side by side with live queue length on a dashboard, plus multi-lane load balancing and automated gate control, so you can move VIPs through a separate lane and watch throughput rather than guess at it.
Can I stop a badge being reused or faked?
Scans are verified at the gate, duplicate or invalid badges raise an alert, and access can be validated at session level as well as at the door. Related controls live in event security.
Can volunteers help without seeing everything?
Yes. Role-based permissions decide who can check in delegates, exhibitors or VIPs, so volunteers, security and organizers each get their own access. Every scan, reprint and edit is logged as a complete audit trail.
What can I see while the doors are open?
