For Speakers
Speakers will be included on the event website / speaker page (with bio, social links, and a photo), making them visible to attendees and media.
For Sponsors
Sponsors have their brand / booth mentioned, along with optional promotional media, discounts, and engagement mechanisms (such as booths and promo codes), allowing them to interact with participants.
- Our team will handle the scheduling, session slots (for speakers), booth assignment (for sponsors), and all contact using CRM.
- Pre-event communications will commence, sharing with you the event agenda, logistics, speaker/sponsor guidelines, and what to expect on the day of the event.
