Exhibitors, Sponsors & Booths

Set up your expo and sponsorship: create booth categories and floor plans, build seated venues, package and sell sponsorships, offer hotels, and manage your media gallery.

Add an exhibitor booth (booth category)

Define size, features and booth numbers.

  1. Open the Booths page and click Add New Booth Category (make sure an event is selected).
  2. Optionally link an Exhibitor / Sponsor Ticket to the booth.
  3. Enter the Category Name, choose a Measurement Unit (Feet/Meter) and set the size (X and Y).
  4. Add Additional Features from your Booth Features list.
  5. Pick a Hall Name, type the Booth Numbers as tags and click Add.
  6. Add a description and click Save.

Add a hall image / floor layout

Show attendees the floor.

  1. On the Booths page click Add Hall Image.
  2. Enter a Hall Name and upload a Hall Image.
  3. Optionally paste Hall Layout HTML.
  4. Click Save.

Build a booth floor plan (visual)

Drag-and-drop booth layout editor.

  1. Open the Booth Floor-Plan Builder and enter a Hall Name.
  2. Optionally upload a Floor Image background (JPEG, PNG, SVG or WebP, up to 5 MB).
  3. Drag booths from the palette onto the canvas and position them.
  4. Click Save, then Preview to open a read-only view.
The booth palette is built from your booth categories and their numbers — create booth categories first.

Create a venue & seat map

For reserved-seating events.

  1. Open Venue Management and click Create Venue; enter a name, capacity and address, then Save Venue.
  2. Click New Layout to open the Venue Seating Builder.
  3. Draw a section with the Section tool and set its Name, Code, Price, Colour and Rotation; Save Section.
  4. Use the Seat Grid Generator to fill the section, or add seats individually.
  5. Adjust seats (Row, Number, Type, Blocked), Publish, then map event tickets to sections.

Add a hotel & rooms

Offer accommodation to attendees.

  1. Open the Hotels page and click Add New.
  2. Upload an image, enter the hotel name, event, location and sales dates; add a description.
  3. Choose a Booking TypeBooking Link (paste a URL) or vendor share.
  4. Click Add Room and enter Room Name, Quantity, Currency and Price (optionally an all-event price).
  5. Tick Is Display on Public Website if it should appear publicly, then Save.

In the Add Booth Category panel, choose the Hall Name and enter each booth number as a tag in Booth Numbers, then click Add.

In the sponsor package, choose a booth Sponsor Package Type and select the relevant Booth Categories so the booths are bundled.

Yes — enable Allow Partial Payments on the sponsor category to define a payment schedule (days, percentage, optional reminders).

Who absorbs the gateway fee — you (I will pay), the sponsor (Sponsor will pay), or a choice offered at checkout (Give option to payer).

Text entered in the Features box is split by line and shown as separate rows in the package grid.

Yes — tick Approval Need after payment on the sponsor category.

Yes — a venue and its layouts are saved independently, and you can duplicate a venue or a layout to reuse it.

Select the seat in the Venue Seating Builder and tick Blocked in Seat Properties, then click Apply.

Booking Link sends attendees to an external URL you provide; the vendor-share option routes bookings to a vendor email.

Only if Is Display on Public Website is ticked when you add it.

Yes — the banner crop window notes a minimum banner size of 1920×745. Use Compress in the gallery to reduce large files.
