Create a subscription / membership
Priced items with optional variants.
On Subscriptions, click New Subscription.
On the Subscription tab enter the name, tags, optional SKU/HSN code, landing page URL and bundle limits.
Set pricing — Price, Promotional Price, Shipping and Stock; define variants (e.g. Size, Colour) and use the Pricing Combinations grid.
On the Pricing tab configure taxes and optional loyalty points.
Use the Return Policy tab for refund terms, then Save.

Add a subscription type
Categories/tiers for subscriptions.
Open Subscription Types and click New.
Enter the Subscription Type name and optional notes.
Click Save.
Use Change Subscription Type Status to schedule active dates.

Embed a signup box on your site
Capture newsletter / membership opt-ins.
Open Website Subscription.
Copy the EMBED or IFRAME snippet.
Paste it into your website where the signup box should appear.
Signups flow into your subscriber/contact data for follow-up.
Yes — add option names (e.g. Size, Colour) and values, then price each combination in the Pricing Combinations grid.
Yes — set a Promotional Price alongside the base Price.
Mark it In Active from the Subscriptions list.
Open Subscribers, set the Status dropdown to Expiring and search; the “Days left” column shows how long remains.
Yes — the status change dialog takes a From Date and optional To Date.
They flow into your account's subscriber/contact data so you can follow up or add them to campaigns.
