Add a speaker
Create a presenter profile.
- Open the speaker area of your event and click Add New Speaker (a panel slides in).
- Upload a profile photo using the camera icon.
- Enter the required details — First Name, Last Name, Contact Number, Job Title (Email and Company optional).
- Add a website and social links, and choose a Presenter Type.
- To let the speaker check in, use Assign Ticket (a Speaker/Judge ticket must exist) and keep Send Registration Link on.
- Set toggles (Publish to Website, Host), add an About, and click Save.
“If you do not send the registration link, we cannot check-in.” Check-in needs both Send Registration Link enabled and a ticket assigned.

Add a speaker type (role)
Keynote, Panelist, Guest, etc.
- Open the Speaker Type page and click New.
- Enter a Speaker Type Name and a numeric Rank (controls ordering).
- Optionally add a description.
- Click Save.

Build the agenda (add a session)
The timeline builder for sessions.
- Open Agenda Management and select the Agenda tab.
- Open a session to reveal the Edit Agenda panel (Timeline, Details, Speakers).
- In Timeline, set Session Type, Date, Start/End Time and optional Room/Booths.
- In Details, enter the Title, Description and a unique Easy Search Code.
- In Speakers/Presenters, click Add Speaker to attach presenters.
- Click Update to store the session.

Add a session type
Categorize sessions (Keynote, Workshop, Break).
- Open the Session Types page and click New.
- Enter a Session Type Name and select the Event it belongs to.
- Optionally add notes.
- Click Save.
Frequently asked questions
Required speaker fields, speaker check-in, publishing to the site, search codes and approvals.
First Name, Last Name, Contact Number and Job Title are required (marked with a red asterisk). Email is optional.
Check-in requires Send Registration Link enabled and a ticket assigned in Assign Ticket. If the ticket dropdown is empty, add a Speaker (or Judge) ticket type in the Tickets tab first.
Uncheck Publish to Website on the Add/Edit Speaker panel before saving.
They're pulled from the Speaker Type master list, ordered by the numeric Rank you set.
A unique code for each agenda item. It acts as the item's ID and lets attendees jump straight to that session when they search.
They filter the same timeline by type — Agenda for talks/sessions, Exhibitor for exhibitor slots, and Sponsor for sponsor-linked slots.
Yes — in the Session Type dropdown choose + Add New.
Yes — use the reject action, add a mandatory comment, and confirm. A rejected agenda item is not accepted until re-approved.
